Abstract
MéTODO DE CRESCIMENTO DE CéLULA TRONCO PLURIPOTENTE. Um novo método de crescimento é fornecido para células tronco pluripotentes, tais como células ES. O método da invenção é um método de crescimento de células tronco pluripotentes e um método de transferência de genes no qual as células tronco pluripotentes são cultivadas sob condições que mantêm o seu estado não-diferenciado e a sua pluripotência, o método sendo caracterizado pelo uso de um meio líquido e de um recipiente de cultivo com uma molécula imobilizada ou revestida na superfície de um substrato de fase sólida a qual é adesiva às células tronco pluripotentes em uma concentração fixa, para crescer as células pluripotentes em um estado disperso enquanto mantendo seu estado não-diferenciado e pluripotência, sem usar células alimentadoras ou para transferir e expressar um gene nesse ponto.
