MéTODO PARA AGRUPAR EM LOTES ARTIGOS QUE POSSUEM PESOS DIFERENTES NA FORMA DE UMA PLURALIDADE DE LOTES A UM NúMERO DE POSIçõES DE COLEçãO, EQUIPAMENTO PARA AGRUPAR EM LOTES ARTIGOS QUE POSSUEM PESOS DIFERENTES NA FORMA DE UMA PLURALIDADE DE LOTES A UM NúMERO DE POSIçõES DE COLEçãO, E USO DE UM EQUIPAMENTO A invenção está relacionada a um equipamento e a um método para embalar artigos (10) que possuem pesos diferentes na forma de uma pluralidade de lotes a um número de posições de coleção (4), onde cada lote completado compreende uma pluralidade de artigos (10) e possui um somatório de peso dentro de uma predeterminada faixa de peso. O método inclui; prover um fluxo serial de artigos sobre um transportador; pesar (1) cada artigo no fluxo e registrar os pesos dos artigos; transportar (3) os artigos registrados até uma seção de agrupamento em lotes (2); alocar os artigos registrados a uma posição de coleção (4); e esvaziar uma posição de coleção (4) quando o predeterminado somatório de peso é obtido; através do que a referida alocação é realizada com base no peso dos artigos registrados que não estão ainda posicionados em uma das posições de coleção, e o conteúdo da predeterminada posição de coleção (4). Por meio da presente invenção, é concebido que a certeza da alocação pode ser aprimorada mediante retardar a decisão e expandir o número de artigos sobre os quais se fazer decisão desde um por vez até uma multiplicidade de artigos (10) por vez.METHOD FOR GROUPING IN LOTS ARTICLES THAT HAVE DIFFERENT WEIGHTS IN THE FORM OF A PLURALITY OF LOTS TO A NUMBER OF COLLECTION POSITIONS AND USE OF AN EQUIPMENT The invention relates to an apparatus and method for packaging articles (10) having different weights in the form of a plurality of batches at a number of collection positions (4), where each completed batch comprises a plurality of articles (10) and have a weight sum within a predetermined weight range. The method includes; provide a serial stream of articles on a conveyor; weigh (1) each article in the flow and record the article weights; transport (3) the registered articles to a batch grouping section (2); allocate the registered articles to a collection position (4); and emptying a collection position (4) when the predetermined weight sum is obtained; whereby said allocation is performed based on the weight of the registered articles that are not yet positioned in one of the collection positions, and the content of the predetermined collection position (4). By the present invention, it is conceived that the certainty of allocation can be improved by delaying the decision and expanding the number of articles on which to make a decision from one at a time to a multiplicity of articles (10) at a time.
