Abstract

MATERIAL MAGNéTICO DE óXIDO DE MAGNETO SINTERIZADO. A presente invenção refere-se a um material magnético de óxido de acordo com a presente invenção que é representado pela fórmula: (1.x) CaO.(x/2)R~ 2~ O~ 3~. (n.y/2)Fe~ 2~O~ 3~.yMO, onde R é pelo menos um elemento selecionado do grupo que consiste em La, nd e Pr e sempre inclui la,M que é pelo menos um elemento selecionado do grupo consistindo em Co, Zn, Ni e Mn e sempre inclui Co, e as frações molares x,y, e n satisfazem 0,4.x.0,6,0,2.y0,35,4.n.6 e 1,4.x/y.2,5. O material magnético de óxido inclui uma ferrita tendo uma estrutura de magnetoplumbita do tipi M hexagonal como uma fase principal.
