Abstract
MéTODO E APARELHO PARA TRANSMISSãO DE DATAGRAMAS ISóCRONOS ATRAVéS DE LINK DE DADOS BASEADO EM DISPUTA Um link de dados baseado em disputa acopla uma estação receptora e uma série de estações emissoras. Uma primeira estação emissora estabeleceu uma sessão de comunicação com a estação receptora. Se uma segunda estação da série de estações emissoras solicitar um estabelecimento de chamada para uma transmissão de baixa latência de prioridade mais alta, a estação receptora envia uma consulta à segunda estação emissora. A consulta faz com que a primeira estação emissora suspenda temporariamente suas atividades de transmissão e permite que a segunda estação emissora transmita um datagrama de protocolo em tempo real (RTP). Quando da conclusão da transmissão da segunda estação emissora, a transmissão suspensa da primeira estação emissora é retomada de maneira transparente. A estação receptora controla a taxa de transmissão mediante o envio de solicitações de consulta a intervalos determinados por um valor de dados transmitido da estação emissora. Dentro da estação emissora, os datagramas em uma fila de saída são monitorados e a taxa de consulta varia de modo a se manter o número de datagramas, na fila de saída, em um nível ótimo.
