Abstract
"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA FABRICAçãO DE UM CORPO DE LATA, BEM COMO CORPO DE LATA". Para a fabricação de corpos de lata (148, 248), de um material plano (103, 116) é produzido um invólucro de lata (140, 24, 240) fechado com uma primeira união. No invólucro de lata (140, 24, 240) fechado com ao menos uma outra união é disposto ao menos um elemento de fechamento (142, 31a, 31b, 242). Ao menos uma das outras uniões é executada como costura de solda a laser, que forma uma costura de fechamento (145, 42, 245) fechada en forma de anel entre o invólucro de lata (140, 24, 240) fechado e ao menos um elemento de fechamento (142, 31a, 31b, 242). Antes da soldagem da costura de fechamento (145, 42, 245) áreas de contato de costura adaptadas entre si do invólucro de lata (140, 24, 240) e do elemento de fechamento (142, 31a, 31b,242) são executadas como regiões de borda (140a, 60a, 142a, 240a 242a)fechadas em forma de anel, dilatadas ou estreitadasna direção do eixo da lata, divergentes da forma cilíndrica. Para a soldagem da costura de fechamento (145, 42, 245) o invólucro de lata (140, 24, 240) e ao menos um elemento de fechamento (142, 31a, 31b,242) são juntados por impacto até ao atingimento de um encosto mútuo com as regiões de borda (140a, 60a, 142a, 240a, 242a), sendo que das áreas frontais (140b, 60a, 142b, 240b, 242b) de ambas as regiões de borda (140a, 142a, 240a, 242a) uma se situa internamente e uma externamente no corpo de lata (148,248). Com essa solução pode ser garantida uma soldagem isenta de ar das áreas de contato de costura, de modo que mesmo com chapas extremamente finas é garantida uma costura de solda estanque. A sobreposição de material na região da costura de fechamento (145, 42, 245) é mínima.
