Abstract
ELETRODO RECOBERTO POR CAMADA POROSA DE COMPOSTO ORGáNICO/INORGáNICO E DISPOSITIVO ELETROQUìMICO COMPREENDENDO O ELETRODO Descreve-se um eletrodo compreendendo uma primeira camada de cobertura porosa de um composto orgânico/inorgânico formado em sua superfície, onde a primeira camada de cobertura inclui partículas inorgânicas e um polímero ligante para interconectar e fixar as partículas inorgânicas, e tem micro-poros formados por volumes intersticiais entre as partículas inorgãnicas. Um dispositivo eletroquímico incluindo o mesmo eletrodo também é descrito. Mais adiante, é descrito um método para fabricar um eletrodo tendo uma camada de cobertura porosa de composto orgânico/inorgânico na sua superfície, compreendendo as etapas de : (a) recobrir um coletor de corrente com uma borra contendo um material ativo de eletrodo e secá-la para prover um eletrodo; e (b) recobrir a superfície do eletrodo obtido da etapa (a) com uma mistura de partículas inorgânicas com um polímero ligante. Uma bateria secundària de lítio incluindo o eletrodo apresentou melhor segurança e desgradação minimizada do deesempenho da bateria.
