Abstract

BRITADOR CÈNICO, compreendendo: uma carcaça superior (20) um eixo tubular (30) alojando uma haste de sustentação (40). No interior da carcaca superior (20) é montada uma cabeça de cone (70) axialmente apoiada sobre um mancal esférico (50) carregado por um extremo superior (41) da haste de sustentação (40) e sendo dita cabeça de cone (70), radial excentricamente mancalizada em torno do eixo tubular (30). A haste de sustentação (40) tem um extremo inferior (42) fixado a um pistão (60) de um cilindro hidráulico (11), para operar como meio de apoio pda cabeça de cone (70) e também como meio atuador (A) para deslocar verticalmente a cabeça de cone (70) e aujustar a abertura da cavidade de britagem (CB) e ainda como meio de proteção, poralívio de pressão hidráulica, contra sobrecargas. A solução proposta provê ainda um dispositivo de contra-recuo (100) na cabeça de cone (70).
