Abstract
"SERINA ACETIlTRANSFERASE MUTANTE, DNA, BACTéRIA, E, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR L-CISTEìNA". O-acetilserina, L-cisteína e compostos sulfurosos delas derivados, são produzidos mediante o cultivo de bactérias do gênero Escherichia retendo uma acetiltransferase variante que é uma serina acetiltransferase do tipo selvagem tendo a seqüência de aminoácidos correspondente às 89<a> a 96<a> posições substituídas por qualquer uma das seqüências de aminoácidos de SEQ ID NOS: 4 a 9 e tendo a retroinibição pela dessensibilização da L-cisteína.
