Abstract

"REVESTIMENTO DE TUBO PARA FABRICAR UM CANO DE AçO SEM EMENDA E UM MéTODO PARA SUA FABRICAçãO". A invenção refere-se a um revestimento perfurado de um aço inoxidável austenítico possuindo uma boa condição de superfície interna e é estabelecido um dispositivo que pode executar a produção em massa em uma escala industrial de um cano de aço sem emendas de boa qualidade de aço inoxidável. Um lingote de aço inoxidável austenítico com um conteúdo de P de no máximo 0,040 % e com um conteúdo de S de no máximo 0,020 % é perfurado sob condições de modo que a proporção de expansão do cano H (diâmetro externo do revestimento / diâmetro do lingote a ser trabalhado) satisfaça a equação seguinte para obter um revestimento de tubo de um aço inoxidável austenítico. {P(%)/(0,025 x H - 0,01)}¬ 2¬ + {S(%)/(0,015 x H - 0,01)}¬ 2¬<243>1 Quando fabricando um cano de aço sem emendas de um aço inoxidável austenítico, o revestimento descrito acima é laminado para formar um cano.
