Abstract

"COMPONENTE DE VEìCULO E MéTODO PARA FABRICAR UM COMPONENTE DE VEìCULO". Trata-se de um método para formar um componente (210) para um veiculo que inclui proporcionar um substrato (230) que inclui um material relativamente rigido e proporcionar uma película (222) adjacente a pelo menos uma parte do substrato, tal que uma cavidade é formada entre o substrato e a película. O método também inclui acoplar pelo menos uma parte da película ao substrato e introduzir um material (240) na cavidade após segurar pelo menos uma parte da película ao substrato.
