Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA FABRICAçãO DE SOLUçõES DE CLORITO DE METAIS ALCALINOS COM NìVEL MUITO BAIXO DE IMPUREZAS". é produzido clorito de metal alcalino, especialmente clorito de sódio, com um nível de pureza superior àquele que é esperado com base na composição do gás de exaustão de gerador de dióxido de cloro que é usado matéria-prima de alimentação para a fabricação de cloritos. O gás de exaustão é, de preferência, extraído antes de entrar na torre de absorção de dióxido de cloro e é passado através de uma etapa de condicionamento para em seguida reagir em um meio líquido para produzir uma solução de clorito de metal alcalino a partir da qual os gases não-reagidos e produzidos são imediatamente separados."PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING ALKALINE METAL CHLORITE SOLUTIONS WITH VERY LOW IMPURITY". Alkali metal chlorite, especially sodium chlorite, is produced with a higher purity level than expected based on the composition of the chlorine dioxide generator exhaust gas which is used as feed material for the manufacture of chlorites. The exhaust gas is preferably extracted before entering the chlorine dioxide absorption tower and is passed through a conditioning step and then reacted in a liquid medium to produce an alkali metal chlorite solution from the which unreacted and produced gases are immediately separated.
