Abstract

"MéTODOS PARA PRODUZIR UM DICARBOXILATO DE CADAVERINA, E, NáILON". Dicarboxilato de cadaverina é produzido realizando-se uma reação de descarboxilação enzimática de uma solução de lisina, enquanto se adiciona um ácido dicarboxílico contendo de 4 a 10 carbonos à solução de lisina, para manter o pH da solução em um nível suficiente para que a reação de descarboxilação enzimática ocorra, por exemplo de 4,0 a 8,0.
