Abstract

"FORMULAçãO DE DIMENSIONAMENTO PARA PULTRUSãO FENóLICA E MéTODO DE FORMAçãO DA MESMA". Uma formulação de dimensionamento e um método para preparar uma formulação de dimensionamento para mechas de reforço de fibra de vidro empregadas em pultrusão fenólica são fornecidos. A formulação de dimensionamento inclui 1%-7% de um polímero de formação de película, 0,3%-3,5% de um agente de acoplamento de silano, 0,5%-3,0% de um lubrificante não iónico, e 0,2%-3,5% de um lubrificante catiónico. Opcionalmente, a composição de dimensionamento contém até 3% de uma solução de uretano transportada por água. A composição de dimensionamento é altamente compatível com as resinas fenólicas empregadas nos processos de pultrusão e promove uma interface melhorada e compatibilidade aumentada entre as fibras individuais e resina da matriz. Esta interface aumentada resulta em melhores propriedades mecânicas de modo que uma parte do compósito de resina fenólica reforçada de fibra tendo características de desempenho superior possa ser formada.
