Abstract

"COMPOSTO, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, MéTODO DE TRATAMENTO OU PREVENçãO DE DOR, USO DE UM COMPOSTO, E, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM COMPOSTO". Os compostos de triazóis biaril-substituídos representados pelas Fórmulas (I), (II) ou (III), ou seus sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, e um processo para produzir tais compostos e seus sais. As composições farmacêuticas compreendem uma quantidade eficaz dos compostos presentes, ou sozinhos ou em combinação com um ou mais outros compostos terapeuticamente ativos, e um portador farmaceuticamente aceitável. Métodos de tratar condições associadas ou causadas pela atividade do canal de sódio, incluindo, por exemplo, a dor aguda, a dor crónica, a dor visceral, a dor inflamatória, a dor neuropática, epilepsia, a síndrome de intestino irritável, depressão, ansiedade, esclerose múltipla e distúrbio bipolar, compreendem administrar uma quantidade eficaz dos presentes compostos, ou sozinhos ou em combinação com um ou mais outros compostos terapeuticamente ativos.
