Abstract

"INTERCONEXãO ENTRE UMA PRIMEIRA REDE E UMA SEGUNDA REDE". Um gateway global geral (GGG) realiza interconexão entre uma primeira rede e uma segunda rede de modo que uma estação móvel tendo uma assinatura em uma primeira rede pode realizar roaming em uma segunda rede e ser autenticada para utilizar a segunda rede. O GGG obtém parâmetros de autenticação a partir da estação móvel e determina se os parâmetros de autenticação satisfazem aos critérios de autenticação GGG. Se satisfizerem, então o GGG acessa a primeira rede e armazena informação de autenticação a partir da primeira rede para acessos subseqüentes à primeira rede pela estação móvel.
