Abstract
"COMPOSTOS DE ARILPIPERAZINILA". A presente invenção refere-se a agonistas ou antagonistas de receptor de 5-HT. São descritos novos compostos de sulfonamida de arilpiperazinila representados pela fórmula (I), e sintese e uso destes para tratar doenças incluindo aquelas mediadas diretamente ou indiretamente por receptores de 5-HT. Tais condições incluem distúrbios do sistema nervoso central tais como distúrbio de ansiedade generalizada, ADD/ADHD, lesão neural, acidente vascular cerebral, e hemicrania. Métodos de preparação de novos intermediários e sais farmacêuticos destes são também incluídos.
