Abstract

"SISTEMA DE CONTROLE DE MOTOR CC SEM ESCOVA E SEM SENSOR COM DETECçãO DE ROTOR TRAVADO E PARADO". A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de controle de motor para um motor CC sem escova e sem sensor para acionar um compressor, bomba ou outra aplicação, inclui um circuito de proteção e detecção de falha para detectar um rotor travado e um rotor que parou devido a travamento de fase de rotor perdido. O sistema de controle de motor também inclui um circuito integrado de controle de motor pronto (40) tendo uma entrada para desabilitar as saídas de energia para as bobinas de fase do motor (24). O circuito de proteção e detecção de falha (42) usa um circuito de amostra de contra EMF acoplado às bobinas de fase de motor e desabilita momentaneamente energia para as bobinas de fase do motor, por meio da entrada de circuito integrado de controle de motor, para determinar se o rotor do motor está rodando. O sistema também monitora a voltagem de suprimento, corrente de suprimento, temperatura e limites de velocidade de motor para detectar falhas e proteger os componentes do sistema.
