Abstract
"ESPéCIES DE POLIPEPTìDEOS SECRETADAS (FRAGMENTOS DE QUITOTRIOSIDASE) REDUZIDAS NOS DISTúRBIOS CARDIOVASCULARES". A presente invenção refere-se a novos polipeptídeos humanos secretados compreendendo uma seq³ência de aminoácidos SEQ ID Nos 3-4. Os polipeptídeos da invenção circulam a um nível reduzido no plasma de pacientes com distúrbios cardiovasculares. A invenção também fornece composições incluindo os polipeptídeos, polinucleotídeos codificando-os, e anticorpos específicos para esses polipeptídeos. Também são fornecidos métodos para fazer tais composições e métodos de usar as composições da invenção para diagnose, prognose e tratamento de distúrbios cardiovasculares.
