Abstract
"SISTEMA DE SOLDA A ARCO ELéTRICO". A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de solda a arco elétrico e um método para se criar um primeiro arco de solda de CA com uma primeira forma de onda de corrente entre um primeiro eletrodo e uma peça a soldar por meio de um primeiro suprimento de energia e um segundo arco de solda de CA com uma segunda forma de onda de corrente entre um segundo eletrodo e uma peça a soldar por meio de um segundo suprimento de energia, à medida que os primeiro e segundo eletrodos se movem simultaneamente ao longo do trajeto de solda, onde os primeiro e segundo suprimentos de energia, cada um consistindo em um inversor de comutação de alta velocidade que cria sua forma de onda por meio de um número de pulsos de corrente em uma freq³ência de pelo menos 18KHz, com a magnitude de cada pulso de corrente sendo controlada por um conformador de onda e a polaridade das formas de onda controlada por um sinal. As primeira e segunda formas de onda tendo cada uma porção positiva e uma porção negativa e um período de ciclo de cerca de 10-20 ms e circuitos de temporização para determinar os tempos de puxar e empurrar entre os arcos e um circuito de ajuste de forma de onda para limitar os tempos de puxar e empurrar em aproximadamente 5,0 ms.
