Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO APLICADO A FÈRMA PARA ASSAR MODELO 3.6 MT". O presente dispositivo é adaptável a qualquer forno de fogão doméstico de forma prática, simples e económica. O dito dispositivo é receptivo a vários tipos de assados de fácil manuseio, e de baixo 3custo e é saudável, pois prepara o alimento sem contato com a gordura evitando a ingestão da mesma através da fórma (1) a onde fica depositado o excesso de gordura deixando o assado crocrante, dourado e saudável; E a grande vantagem para o usuário é que terá condições de assar vários tipos de carnes ao mesmo tempo, exemplo: carnes de bovinos, suínos, coraçãozinho, lingüiça, medalhão, asas de frango, camarão dentre outros, pois o dispositivo possui 03 espetos de 04 garras cada um com 30 centímetros de comprimento somando 03 metros 60 centímetros de aproveitamento para assar ao mesmo tempo, todos os tipos de carnes.
