Abstract

"GRANULADO, MéTODO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA A SUAPRODUçãO". A invenção retrata um granulado, um método e umequipamento para sua produção de granulados. o objetivo dainvenção é obter um granulado à base de matérias-primasrenováveis que seja adequado como material para moldagem porinjeção e que seja amplamente variável no que diz respeito às suaspropriedades mecanicas e físicas por ocasião da introdução deaditivos. O método inventado traz a vantagem de produzir ogranulado sem que seja necessário um tratamento anterior doscomponentes vegetais a serem incorporados. Foi criado umequipamento para incorporar o método inventado que poderáconsistir de um pré-granulador e um granulador final ou somente deum pré-granulador. Através das várias configurações do granuladorfinal, que poderá ser equipado p.ex. com matrizes contra-rotativasou que giram umas dentro das outras, poderá ser produzido umgranulado bem limpo.
