Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"COMPOSTO DE ESPIRO ANTI-HISTAMìNICO"<D>. Esta invenção refere-se aos compostos de fórmula (I), uma pró-droga, um N-óxido, um sal de adição, uma amina quaternária ou uma forma estereoquimicamente isomérica dos mesmos, onde R¹ é hidrogênio, C~ 1-6~ alquila, halo, formila, carboxila, C~ 1-6~ alquiloxicarbonila, C~ 1-6~ alquilcarbonila, N(R³R^ 4^)C(=O)-, N(R³R^ 4^)C(=O)N(R^ 5^)-, etenila substituída com carboxila, ou C~ 1-6~ alquiloxicarbonila ou C~ 1-6~ alquila substituída com hidróxi, carboxila, C~ 1-6~ alquilóxi, C~ 1-6~ alquiloxicarbonila, N(R³R^ 4^)C(=O)-, C~ 1-6~ alquila C(=O)N(R^ 5^)-, C~ 1-6~ alquila S(=O)~ 2~N(R^ 5^)- ou N(R^ 3^, R^ 4^)C(=O)N(R^ 5^)- onde cada R^ 3^ e R^ 4^ independentemente são hidrogênio ou C~ 1-4~ alquila e cada R^ 5^ é hidrogênio ou hidróxi; R² é hidrogênio, C~ 1-6~ alquila, hidróxi C~ 1-6~ alquila, C~ 1-6~ alquilóxi C~ 1-6~ alquila, N(R³R^ 4^)C(=O)=, arila ou halo; n é 1 ou 2; -A-B- representa um radical divalente de fórmula -Y-CH=CH-, -CH=CH-Y- ou -CH=CH-CH=CH-, onde cada átomo de hidrogênio pode independentemente ser substituído por R^ 6^, onde R^ 6^ é C~ 1-6~ alquila, halo, hidróxi, C~ 1-6~ alquilóxi, etenila substituída com carboxila ou C~ 1-6~ alquiloxicarbonila, hidróxi C~ 1-6~ alquila, formila, carboxila ou hidroxicarbonil C~ 1-6~ alquila, e cada Y independentemente é um radical divalente da fórmula -O-, -S- ou -NR^ 7^, onde R^ 7^ é hidrogênio, C~ 1-6~ alquila ou C~ 1-6~ alquilcarbonila; Z é um radical divalente da fórmula: -(CH~ 2~)~ p~-, -CH=CH-, -CH~ 2~-CHOH-, -CH~ 2~-O-, -CH~ 2~-C(=O) ou -CH~ 2~-C(=NOH)-, contanto que, os radicais divalentes sejam conectados ao nitrogênio do anel imidazol através de sua porção -CH~ 2~-; e onde p é 1, 2, 3 ou 4; L é hidrogênio, C~ 1-6~ alquila; C~ 2-6~ alquenila; C~ 1-6~ alquilcarbonila; C~ 1-6~ alquiloxicarbonila; C~ 1-6~ alquila substituída com hidróxi, carboxila, C~ 1-6~ alquilóxi, C~ 1-6~ alquiloxicarbonila, arila, arilóxi, ciano ou R^ 8^HN- onde R^ 8^ é hidrogênio, C~ 1-6~ alquila, C~ 1-6~ alquiloxicarbonila, C~ 1-6~ alquilcarbonila; ou L representa um radical da fórmula: -Alk-Y-Het¹, -Alk-NH-CO-Het² ou -Alk-Het³ onde Alk representa C~ 1-4~ alcanodiíla; Y representa O, S ou NH; Het¹, Het² e Het³ cada um representa um heterociclo opcionalmente substituído, para uso como um medicamento.
