Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"COMPOSTOS DE ORGANOFóSFORO E USO DOS MESMOS"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a compostos de organofósforo de fórmula geral (I), onde A corresponde à fórmula geral (II), em que um ou mais dos átomos de carbono, selecionados do grupo C~ 3~, C~ 4~, C~ 5~ e seus respectivos substituintes, podem ser omitidos e pelo menos um substituinte de B~ 1~ a B~ 10~ representa um grupo C~ 3-8~ cicloalquil (C~ 0-9~)alquila, em que ambos os grupos C~ 3-8~ cicloalquila e C~ 0-9~ alquila podem apresentar uma ou mais duplas ligações e um ou dois átomos de carbono do grupo cicloalquila podem ser substituídos por átomos de nitrogênio, oxigênio ou enxofre e em que ambos os grupos cicloalquila e alquila podem ser substituídos por hidrogênio, halogênio, amino, grupos oxo, com grupos C~ 1-9~ alquila ramificados ou de cadeia reta e grupos C~ 2-9~ alquenila, em que os grupos C~ 1-9~ alquila e C~ 2-9~ alquenila podem ser substituídos por hidrogênio, hidróxi, amino, halogênio e grupos oxo. A invenção refere-se ainda a preparações farmacêuticas contendo os ditos compostos e ao uso dos mesmos para terapia e profilaxia de processos infecciosos em seres humanos e animais, cujos processos são induzidos por bactérias, fungos ou parasitas. Os compostos da invenção são também usados como agentes fungicidas, bactericidas ou herbicidas em plantas.
