Patente de Invenção: <B>"MATéRIA PROTéICA DE DIGESTãO DIMINUìDA E SUA UTILIZAçãO"<D>. A invenção tem por objeto a utilização de uma matéria protéica, cuja velocidade de digestão foi diminuída para o preparo de uma composição enteral, permitindo modular a taxa plasmática pós-prandial em ácidos aminados. A invenção tem igualmente por objeto uma composição destinada a ser administrada por via enteral em um mamífero contendo uma matéria proteíca, cuja velocidade de digestão foi diminuída.
