Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"COMPOSIçõES COMPREENDENDO SAIS DE AMINA SIMPATOMIMéTICA INADEQUADAS PARA USO ILEGAL"<D>. A presente invenção torna impossível o uso de composições de amina simpatomimética na produção de droga ilícita. Mais especificamente, a preparação de metanfetamina a partir das formulações de cloridrato de pseudoefedrina descritas é inibida. A presente invenção define composições farmacêuticas compreendendo um sal de amina simpatomimética e pelo menos um inibidor de combinação, o inibidor de combinação, o inibidor de combinação que age ambos para interferir com o isolamento da amina simpatomimética da composição e para interferir com a conversão da amina simpatomimética em outro composto farmacologicamente ativo. As composições consideradas podem também incluir inibidores de reação e separação em qualquer mistura para assegurar a proteção máxima contra o uso das composições contendo amina simpatomimética para fabricação de droga ilegal. A presença dos inibidores de combinação, reação e separação não alteram significantemente a liberação da amina simpatomimética da composição.
