"MéTODO PARA A DESLIGNIFICAçãO SELETIVA DEMATERIAIS LIGNOCELULóSICOS". Descreve-se um métodopara a deslignificação de materiais lignocelulósicos, primeiramente,por tratamento do material com uma solução alcalina, na presençaou ausência de antraquinona, e depois exposição do material a umpolioxometalato. A inclusão da etapa de pré-tratamento alcalinapropicia a ocorrência de deslignificação a uma alta eficiência eproduz altos rendimentos de resíduo e viscosidades."METHOD FOR SELECTIVE DESIGNIFICATION OF LIGNOCELLULOSIS MATERIALS". A method for delignifying lignocellulosic materials is described, firstly, by treating the material with an alkaline solution, in the presence or absence of anthraquinone, and then exposing the material to a polyoxometalate. The inclusion of the alkaline pretreatment step provides delignification at high efficiency and produces high residue and viscosity yields.
