Aparelho para o tratamento de distúrbios de tecido e/ou das juntas na área do maxilar ou do pescoço de um paciente (10), particularmente para o tratamento de periodontal, é apresentado, em que o aparelho compreende um alojamento (4) que circunda pelo menos a área do maxilar ou do pescoço a ser tratado. Um número de bobinas (6) também é fornecido para gerar pelo menos um campo eletromagnético (E) o qual pode ser aplicado na área a ser tratada. As bobinas (6) estão dispostas no interior (5) do alojamento (4).
