Abstract
AND FUNGICIDE AND BACTERICIDE ACTION IN GRAINS AND SEEDS" <MV> <MV> The following patent specification describes the development of a process for bleaching spots and action fungicide and bactericide in grains and seeds, which consists of the removal of dark spots produced by pathogenic fungi that infect cereal grains, without changing chemical properties, such as protein and lipid contents, or biological ones, such as germination. The process has a fungicidal and bactericidal action with the removal of dark spots produced by pathogenic fungi that infect cereal grains, through the action of the hypochlorite ion [CIO ^ - ^ (aq)] and derivatives in aqueous solution, regardless of whether it comes from the hypochlorite of sodium (NaCIO) or calcium (CaCIO), where such a solution is prepared by diluting sodium chlorite or calcium chlorite in water, with temperature, concentration and immersion time defined for each species of grains and pathogens involved.
