"COMPOSTO, PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE QUALQUER UM DOS COMPOSTOS, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, E, USO DO COMPOSTO DE 3-(NAFTERC-1-IL-óXI)-PIRROLIDINA, 3-(5,6,7,8-TETRAIDRO-NAFTERC-1-IL-óXI)-PIRROLIDINA" A invenção refere-se a um composto tendo fórmula (I): em que A é um anel de 5 ou 6 membros opcionalmente insaturado, que pode compreender um heteroátomo selecionado de N, O e S e que pode ser substituído por oxo ou (1-6C)alquila; R¹, R² e R³ são independentemente H,(1-6C)alquila, (1-6C)alcóxi, (1-6C)-alcóxi-(1-6C)alquila, carbo(1-6C)alcóxi ou halogênio; X é O ou S; e n é 1 ou 2; ou um seu sal farmaceuticamente aceitável, com exceção de 3-(nafterc-1-il-óxi)pirrolidina e 3-(6,6,7,8-tetraidro-nafterc-1-il-óxi)-pirrolidina. Os compostos da invenção têm atividade anti-depressiva e podem ser usados no tratamento ou prevenção de doenças relacionadas com a serotonina."COMPOUND, PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF ANY OF THE COMPOUNDS, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION, AND, USE OF COMPOUND IN 3- (NAFTERC-1-IL-OXY) -PIRROLIDINE, 3- (5, 6, 7, 8-TETRAHYDRO-NAFTERC-1-IL-OXY) -PIRROLIDINE "The invention relates to a compound having formula (I): where A is an optionally unsaturated 5 or 6-membered ring, that can comprise a heteroatom selected from N, O and S e which can be substituted by oxo or (1-6C) alkyl; R¹, R² and R³ are independently H, (1-6C) alkyl, (1-6C) alkoxy, (1-6C) -alkoxy- (1-6C) alkyl, carbo (1-6C) alkoxy or halogen; X is O or S; and n is 1 or 2; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, with the exception of 3- (nafterc-1-yl-oxy) pyrrolidine and 3- (6, 6, 7, 8-tetrahydro-naphthyl-1-yl-oxy) -pyrrolidine. The compounds of the invention have anti-depressant activity and can be used in the treatment or prevention of serotonin-related diseases.
