Abstract

Patente de Invenção "NOOTRóPICOS", caracterizada pelo fato de compreender uma droga que melhora a neurotransmissão cerebral com base na interação de ativação a longo prazo de um curso de proteína quinase C e ativação a longo prazo de receptores acetilcoline nicotínicos pré-sináptiocos (nACh), e em um aumento concomitante da quantidade de glutamato liberato, que ativa a neurotransmissão cerebral durante um período prolongado. As substâncias da presente invenção servem como excelentes nootrópicos. Elas são particularmente úteis para a terapia da demência causada por hidrocefalia, ou por hemorragia subdural.
