Abstract
"CâMARA DE AR DE MATERIAL ELASTOMéRICO, RODA DE PNEU, PROCESSOS PARA FABRICAçãO DE UMA CâMARA DE AR DE MATERIAL ELASTOMéRICO, PARA ASSEGURAR A RODAGEM SOB CONDIçõES DESINFLADAS PARA UM PNEU PARA RODAS DE VEìCULO E PARA FABRICAçãO DE UM PNEU PARA RODAS DE VEìCULO, MOLDE PARA FABRICAçãO DE UMA CâMARA DE AR DE MATERIAL ELASTOMéRICO, E, PNEU PARA DODAS DE VEìCULO" Uma câmara de ar de material elastomérico para pneus é descrita, que é dividida em pelo menos duas partes por uma parede interna se estendendo no plano equatorial e delimitando um núcleo central e duas paredes laterais na câmara de ar. O núcleo é formado da parede acima, a partir das extremidades da qual dois flanges se estendem perpendicularmente à divisória propriamente dita, através de uma extensão predeterminada; o flange e as extremidades de parede lateral são associadas entre si por vulcanização e a rigidez do núcleo é maior que a rigidez da parede lateral. A câmara de ar desempenha a função de suportar o pneu não somente durante a rodagem normal porém também sob condições desinfladas, como no caso de uma perfuração em uma das duas partes de câmara de ar, por exemplo. Particularmente, a câmara de ár é vantajosamente usada com pneus de "baixo perfil" pois possui características tais que se expande no interior do espaço disponível entre o pneu e o aro de montagem associado.
