Abstract

<B>N,N' - BIS (SULFONIL) HIDRAZINAS úTEIS COMO AGENTES ANTINEOPLáSICOS<D> A presente invenção refere-se a um composto de fórmula (I) em que R^ 1^ e R^ 2^ são selecionados de grupos de alquila inferior tendo 1-6 átomos de carbono, e grupos de alquila insaturada tendo 1-6 átomos de carbono; R^ 3^ é um grupo de alquila inferior substituída ou não substituída tendo 1-6 carbonos; e R^ 4^ é selecionado de grupos de alquila inferior substituído ou não substituído tendo 1-6 átomos de carbono, grupos de arila substituído ou não substituído, e grupos de alquila insaturado tendo 1-6 átomos de carbono. A presente invenção também se refere a uma composição farmacêutica compreendendo o composto acima, bem como um método de tratar células de tumor com o composto.
