Abstract

"BOBINA PARA SUPORTAR FIBRAS óPTICAS, E, PROCESSO PARA CONTROLAR A DEFORMAçãO DE UMA BOBINA PARA ACOMODAR FIBRAS óPTICAS". Esta invenção trata-se de uma bobina para acomodar fibras ópticas compreendendo um tambor de enrolamento (2) tendo uma forma cilíndrica tubular, um par de flanges de contenção (3), cada um dos quais é posicionado próximo a uma das extremidades (2a) do citado tambor, um núcleo central (6) posicionado coaxialmente no interior do tambor de enrolamento (2) e pelo menos um par de flanges de interconexão (7) posicionado em cada lado de um plano mediano transversal (X-X) da bobina (1), cada um dos quais se estende do núcleo central (6) ao tambor de enrolamento (2). Os citados flanges de interconexão (7) são conectados ao tambor do enrolamento (2) em um ponto de conexão (P) e ao núcleo central em um ponto de âncora (P'). Este ponto de âncora (P') é posicionado mais próximo ao plano mediano transversal (X-X) da bobina do que é o ponto de conexão (P) de modo a formar um dado ângulo entre o citado flange de interconexão (7) e o núcleo (6) de modo a limitar a deformação dos flanges de contenção durante a rotação."COIL TO SUPPORT OPTICAL FIBERS, AND, PROCESS TO CONTROL THE DEFORMATION OF A COIL TO ACCOMMODATE OPTICAL FIBERS". This invention is a coil to accommodate optical fibers comprising a winding drum (2) having a tubular cylindrical shape, a pair of retaining flanges (3), each of which is positioned close to one end (2a) of said drum, a central core (6) positioned coaxially inside the winding drum (2) and at least one pair of interconnecting flanges (7) positioned on each side of a median transverse plane (XX) of the coil (1) , each of which extends from the central core (6) to the winding drum (2). The aforementioned interconnection flanges (7) are connected to the winding drum (2) at a connection point (P) and to the central core at an anchor point (P '). This anchor point (P ') is positioned closer to the transverse median plane (XX) of the coil than it is the connection point (P) in order to form a given angle between the mentioned interconnection flange (7) and the core (6) in order to limit the deformation of the containment flanges during rotation.
