Abstract

"FERRAMENTA PARA ASSENTAMENTO DE FIO" Um aparelho de assentamento de fio e método que utiliza uma ferramenta (30) tendo um cortador (31) que operacionalmente abre um corte na superfície de furo interior (11) de uma conexão de tubos cilíndrica (10), assenta um fio (12) dentro do corte, e fecha o corte usando-se um obturador de flange (33). O fio (12) é liberado para dentro do corte via uma abertura (32) através do meio de corte (31). A liberação do fio (12) para dentro do corte é, desta maneira, aperfeiçoada, superando o problema da corrida livre do fio dentro da conexão. Em uma segunda modalidade (vide Figura 12), o cortador (31) é rotativamente montado de modo a permitir que uma bobina helicoidal dupla seja formada sem a retirada do cortador da superfície de furo.
