Abstract
"COMPOSIçãO ADOçANTE". é aqui exposta uma composição adoçante, que compreende Aspartame e Acesulfame-K como ingredientes ativos, em que a quantidade de Acesulfame-K é de 5 a 90%, em peso, com base na quantidade total de ambos os componentes, e em que os tamanhos de partícula de ambos os componentes são respectivamente selecionados a partir de dentro da faixa de tamanho de partícula, que permite que a taxa de dissolução da mistura seja mais elevada do que aquela do Aspartame isoladamente, em cuja composição adoçante, o Aspartame (APM) do adoçante sintético, de alta intensidade, fracamente dissolúvel, possui solubilidade aperfeiçoada.
