Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A MODIFICAçãO ORGANOLéPTICA E DE SUPERFìCIES DOS TECIDOS E ITENS DE VESTUáRIO, PLANTA PARA A REALIZAçãO DO MESMO, E, TECIDO OBTIDO POR ESTES". O processo para a modificação organoléptica de tecidos e itens de vestuário consiste na pulverização ou escovação dos itens de vestuário ou tecidos de uma mistura aquosa de resina de poliuretano, secagem parcial do tecido tratado, pressionamento a quente do tecido, e secagem do mesmo completamente para polimerizar a mistura; a planta (1) para a realização do dito processo consiste de uma seq³ência de estações colocadas ao longo de um transportador (1) no qual o tecido ou item de vestuário a ser tratado é colocado, as ditas estações sendo posicionadas (3), aplicação de mistura (4), secagem parcial (5), pressionamento (6), calandragem (7), e secagem final (8); o tecido obtido dessa forma possui uma estrutura com furos premeáveis a vapor e a aparência dos mesmos é plastificada e suave ao toque."PROCESS FOR THE ORGANOLEPTIC MODIFICATION AND SURFACES OF FABRICS AND CLOTHING ITEMS, PLANT FOR THE REALIZATION OF THE SAME, AND, FABRIC OBTAINED BY THESE". The process for organoleptic modification of fabrics and clothing items consists of spraying or brushing clothing items or fabrics from an aqueous mixture of polyurethane resin, partially drying the treated fabric, hot pressing the fabric, and drying it completely to polymerize the mixture; the plant (1) for carrying out said process consists of a sequence of stations placed along a conveyor (1) in which the fabric or item of clothing to be treated is placed, said stations being positioned (3), application mixing (4), partial drying (5), pressing (6), calendering (7), and final drying (8); the fabric obtained in this way has a structure with steamable holes and their appearance is plasticized and soft to the touch.
