Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"ANáLOGOS DO áCIDO ANTRANìLICO"<D>. Compostos da fórmula (I) nos quais R~ 1~, R~ 2~ e R~ 3~ são de forma independente, hidrogênio, nitro, ciano, C~ 1-10~ haloalcóxi, amino, C~ 1-10~ alquilamino, sulfo, sulfamoíla, C~ 1-10~ alquilsulfonamido, C~ 2-10~ alquilcarboxamido, C~ 2-10~ alcanoíla, C~ 1-10~ alquilsulfonila, C~ 1-10~ haloalquilsulfonila, C~ 1-10~ carboxila, C~ 1-10~ haloalquila e C~ 6-12~ arila; com as condições de que: (1) R~ 1~, R~ 2~ e R~ 3~ podem não ser todos simultaneamente hidrogênio, e (2) quando R~ 1~ e R~ 2~ forem hidrogênio, R~ 3~ pode não ser meta-CF~ 3~; R~ 4~, R~ 5~ e R~ 6~ são, de forma independente , hidrogênio, halogênio, nitro, ciano, C~ 1-10~ carboalcóxi, C~ 1-10~ haloalcóxi, amino C~ 1-10~alquilamino, sulfo, sulfamoíla, C~ 1-10~ alquilsulfonamido, C~ 2-10~ alquilcarboxamido C~ 2-10~ alcanoíla, C~ 1-10~ alquilsulfonila, C~ 1-10~ haloalquilsulfonila, C~ 1-10~ carboxila, C~ 1-10~ haloalquila, C~ 1-10~ alquila e C~ 6-12~ arila; R~ 7~ é hidrogênio, um cátion de metal, acetilamido, alcoxiacetoíla ou uma parte relacionada que forneça o carboxilato in vivo; e X, Y e Z podem formar um anel C~ 3-13~ carboxílico, oxazol, isoxazol, tiazol, isotiazol, furano, tiofeno, 2H-pirrol, pirrol, 2-pirrolina, 3-pirrolina, imidazol, pirazol, 1,2,3-oxiazol ou 1,2,3-triazol ligado ao esqueleto de carbono; ou os sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis do mesmo úteis para o tratamento de distúrbios associados com a contração dos músculos lisos através da modulação do canal de potássio e do canal de cloreto.
