Abstract

<B>"VáLVULA DE DISTRIBUIçãO DE UM PRODUTO E DISTRIBUIDOR"<D> A presente invenção refere-se a uma válvula de distribuição (1) que comporta um corpo (2) de eixo (A), que define uma câmara interna (4) em comunicação com o produto, que apresenta um orifício de entrada (5) e um canal de saída (10); uma haste de comando (3), atravessada por um canal de distribuição (12), aberto em uma de suas duas extremidades (3a, 3b), sendo que a haste está montada de forma estanque no canal (10), e uma das extremidades (3a) apresenta pelo menos uma passagem de alimentação (15), e a outra extremidade (3b) desemboca no exterior do corpo (2); meios (M) para seletivamente colocar em comunicação, por basculamento lateral da haste, a passagem de alimentação (15) com a câmara interna, de forma a permitir a distribuição de produto através do canal de distribuição. Essa válvula caracteriza-se pelo fato do corpo da válvula ser em material elastomérico, e pelo fato da haste apresentar, no interior do canal (10) um perfil (14), apto a cooperar com o perfil complementar (8) do canal (10), para definir uma articulação sensivelmente em torno de um ponto (P), de forma que, qualquer que seja a posição angular da haste (3), em relação ao eixo (A), a referida haste esteja em contato anular estanque com o canal (10).<B> "PRODUCT AND DISTRIBUTOR DISTRIBUTION VALVE" <D> The present invention relates to a distribution valve (1) comprising a shaft body (2), which defines an internal chamber (4 ) in communication with the product, which has an inlet hole (5) and an outlet channel (10); a control rod (3), crossed by a distribution channel (12), open at one of its two ends (3a, 3b), the rod being watertightly mounted in the channel (10), and one end (3a) has at least one feeding passage (15), and the other end (3b) flows out of the body (2); means (M) for selectively placing the feed passage (15) in communication, by lateral tilting of the rod, with the inner chamber, in order to allow product distribution through the distribution channel. This valve is characterized by the fact that the valve body is made of elastomeric material, and by the fact that the stem has, inside the channel (10) a profile (14), able to cooperate with the complementary profile (8) of the channel (10 ), to define a joint substantially around a point (P), so that, whatever the angular position of the stem (3), in relation to the axis (A), the said stem is in watertight annular contact with the channel (10).
