Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA O TRATAMENTO TéRMICO DE MìNéRIO DE FERRO GRANULAR ANTES DA REDUçãO"<D>. O minério de ferro granulado úmido é inicialmente passado através de uma zona de secagem. O minério deixa a zona de secagem numa temperatura de 120-400°C. O minério é então aquecido em contato direto com gás quente a temperatura de 700-1100°C antes de ser transferido para uma zona de redução. O minério oriundo da zona de secagem é completa ou parcialmente conduzido através de um dispositivo de separação de modo a separar o minério em frações fina e grosseira. A fração de minério de granulação fina é transportada para um dispositivo de granulação de modo a produzir um granulado de minério de ferro que é conduzido para a zona de secagem. A fração de minério de granulação grosseira é aquecida à temperaturas de 700-1100°C antes de ser conduzida para zona de redução.
