Abstract
Patente de Invenção para <B>"ARTIGO óTICO COM REVESTIMENTO ANTI-REFLECTIVO, MATERIAL DE REVESTIMENTO CORRESPONDENTE, E PROCESSO DE REVESTIMENTO".<D> A invenção se refere a um artigo ótico que compreende um substrato mineral e um revestimento antireflectivo em pelo menos uma superfície de referido substrato mineral. Em um modo característico, referido substrato mineral apresenta um índice de refração entre 1,5 e 1,9, e referido revestimeto anti-reflectivo é um refestimento de estrutura não-porosa/não-orgânica, de camada simples, obtido pelo tratamento térmico de uma película de sol-gel, constituído de polímeros inorgânicos fortemente interligados, também ligados com partículas inorgânicas; referidos polímeros formando uma rede tri-dimensional que apresenta a fórmula geral M-OH/M-O-M, em que M representa um metal ou um metalóide, vantajosamente selecionado de silício, alumínio, zircónio, titânio e misturas destes. A invenção também se refere a um material de sol-gel que é pecusor de referido revestimento anti-reflectivo, e a um processo de revestimento para obtenção de referido artigo ótico. Referido dispositivo é vantajosamente uma lente oftálmica.Invention Patent for <B> "OPTICAL ARTICLE WITH ANTI-REFLECTIVE COATING, MATCHING MATERIAL, AND COATING PROCESS". <D> The invention relates to an optical article comprising a mineral substrate and an antireflective coating in at least a surface of said mineral substrate. In a characteristic way, said mineral substrate has a refractive index between 1.5 and 1.9, and said anti-reflective coating is a coating of non-porous / non-organic structure, single layer, obtained by the heat treatment of a film of sol-gel, consisting of strongly interconnected inorganic polymers, also linked with inorganic particles; said polymers forming a three-dimensional network that presents the general formula M-OH / M-O-M, in which M represents a metal or a metalloid, advantageously selected from silicon, aluminum, zirconium, titanium and mixtures thereof. The invention also relates to a sol-gel material that is the cause of said anti-reflective coating, and to a coating process for obtaining said optical article. Said device is advantageously an ophthalmic lens.
