Abstract
UBSTâNCIAS CARREGADAS EM MEIO LìQUIDO POR FOCALIZAA AQUOSA, PARA FABRICAçãO DE VACINA E PARA FABRICAenção fornece uma aparelhagem de fluxo contínuo e um processo para purificação de substâncias carreg focalização isoelétrica em uma escala industrial. A aparelhagem compreende uma câmara de separação, um par de eletrodos verticais (9) localizados nos extremos da aparelhagem, uma membrana anión- ou uum dos eletrodos (9) para separar os espaços do eletrodo de uma parte central da aparelhagem, um ou mais orifícios de saída de fluxo (12) para separar as frações líquidas na parte superior da câmara, dois orifícios secundários de saída de fluxo (11) estando situados na parte superior de cada um dos espaços do eletrodo, uma ou mais parede (s) vertical (ais) (6) entre cada um dos ditos orifícios de saída de fluxo que dividem a câmara pelo menos na altura dos ditos orifícios de saída de fluxo (11, 12) e um grande número de paredes divisórias verticais permeáveis (13) para permitir um fluxo ascendente isento de convecção. A aparelhagem da invenção não requer soluções tamponadoras anfóteras adicionais para estabelecer um gradiente adequado de pH e pode ser usada para a purificação de polinucleotídeos, de aminoácidos, de peptídeos, de proteínas, de solventes orgânicos e de bebidas.
