Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"UM MéTODO E APARELHO PARA A AERAçãO DE LìQUIDOS E PASTAS"<D>. Um método para aerar um líquido compreendendo as etapas de fornecer uma coluna, introduzindo líquido sob pressão em uma zona superior da coluna na forma de um jato de líquido direcionado em uma trajetória, permitindo que o gás seja aprisionado pelo jato de líquido, obstruindo a trajetória do jato de líquido, na forma de uma zona de turbulência, em que são formadas bolhas no líquido para criar uma camada de espuma ou escuma na coluna, e removendo a espuma ou escuma.
