Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE AçO EM UM FORNO ELéTRICO", no qual uma quantidade determinada de fundição líquida é enfornada no forno elétrico, e que compreende as seguintes etapas: a) enfornação de fundição líquida, de maneira contínua e com débito controlado, sem interrupção do aquecimento pelo arco elétrico, b) injeção de um gás de afinação no forno, antes que o teor de C e/ou de Si do banho metálico alcance um valor limite determinado, ocorrendo a injeção de maneira contínua até o final da enfornação, e C) contituação da injeção do gás de afinação após a enfornação da quantidade de fundição prevista, até ser atingido o valor alvo de teor de C e/ou de Si do banho metálico.
