Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO PARA PRODUZIR UM FLUXO PRESSURIZADO DE UM GáS E PARTìCULAS EM SUSPENSãO, CONJUNTO VIBRADOR, RECIPIENTE DEFINIDO POR SUPERFìCIES DE PAREDE SUPERIOR, INFERIOR E LATERAIS, SISTEMA ABRASIVO PNEUMáTICO DENTAL, E, DISPOSITIVO PARA PRODUZIR UMA CORRENTE PRESSURIZADA DE UM GáS E PARTìCULAS EM SUSPENSãO". A presente invenção é um processo e aparelho para uma unidade abrasiva pneumática tal como aquelas usadas no campo dental. Este processo e aparelho utiliza um motor vibrador interno (32) com transmissores de vibração (33) que transmitem a vibração através da totalidade do compartimento do abrasivo (11). O conjunto captor de abrasivo utiliza diferenciais de pressão para sugar o abrasivo (16) através de um crivo (30) que controla a taxa de vazão e a dimensãodo abrasivo que circula através do sisema. O sistema pode utilizar um sistema de detecção foto-ótico para detectar o nível de abrasivo. Alternativamente, um sistema de detecção de pulsos de pressão pode ser usado para medir o nível de abrasivo. A diluição da mistura de ar/abrasivo e modalidade de "somente ar" são possíveis com o presente sistema. Despressurização e mera reduções de pressão também podem ser acomodadas. ". The present invention is a process and apparatus for a pneumatic abrasive unit such as those used in the dental field. This process and apparatus uses an internal vibrating motor (32) with vibration transmitters (33) that transmit vibration through the entire abrasive compartment (11). The abrasive trap assembly uses pressure differentials to suck the abrasive (16) through a sieve (30) that controls the flow rate and the size of the abrasive that circulates through the system. The system can use a photo-optical detection system to detect the level of abrasive. Alternatively, a pressure pulse detection system can be used to measure the abrasive level. Dilution of the air / abrasive mixture and "air only" mode are possible with the present system. Depressurization and mere pressure reductions can also be accommodated. The invention also includes a system for easily modifying the content of an air / abrasive flow emanating from the mixed chamber.
