Abstract

"DISPOSIçãO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM APARELHO UMIDIFICADOR E PURIFICADOR DE AMBIENTES". Aparelho (1) do tipo que emite vapor frio em ambientes a partir de um sistema de geração ultra-sónica provido de cristal piezoelétrico (CP), que imerso num reservatório de água, vibra a uma freq³ência muito alta (em torno de 1,6 milhões de oscilações por segundo), provocando uma finíssima e homogênea névoa de água; dito aparelho (1) é constituído de uma estrutura composta por base (2), assentada sobre chassi (3) e sobreposta por tampa (4) provida de alça (A) com ou sem revestimento externo (CE), tampa esta em forma de gabinete translúcido ou transpirante; a base (2) é provida do um painel frontal (5), protegido por tampa (T) articulada e confeccionada em material transparente, painel dotado de botão liga/desliga (6) e respectivo led luminoso (6a), um botão deslizante de controle da graduação (6b) da intensidade de névoa produzida pelo sistema ultra-sónico e um botão deslizante (6c) de controle da graduação da ventilação; entre o chassi (3) e a base (2) são posicionados a circuito eletrónico de controle do cristal (CP), alimentado por rede elétrica (R), além de um ventilador (V); a base (2) prevê um reservatório de água (7) fechado, no interior do qual se instalam o cristal piezoelétrico protegido por um termostato bimetálico (CP), uma bóia niveladora (8) e um filtro (8a) para reter impurezas associados ao sistema liga/desliga do aparelho; na porção acima do ventilador, ainda no interior da base, é prevista uma carenagern (9) com abertura superior (10), por onde circulará o ar produzido pelo ventilador, ar este que será conduzido, juntamente com a névoa produzida pelo cristal (CP) para uma abertura (11) praticada no plano inferior (12) da tampa (4), abertura (11) alinhada com duto vertical (13), provido superiormente de um bico direcionador (14) da névoa."CONSTRUCTION PROVISION INTRODUCED IN ENVIRONMENT HUMIDIFIER AND PURIFIER APPARATUS". Apparatus (1) of a kind which emits cold vapor in environments from a piezoelectric crystal (CP) ultrasonic generation system which, immersed in a water reservoir, vibrates at a very high frequency (around 1,6 millions of oscillations per second), causing a very fine and homogeneous mist of water; said apparatus (1) consists of a structure composed of a base (2), seated on a chassis (3) and overlapped by a lid (4) provided with a handle (A) with or without outer casing (CE), a lid in the form of a translucent or breathable cabinet; the base (2) is provided with a front panel (5), protected by a hinged lid (T) and made of transparent material, a panel equipped with an on / off button (6) and its luminous LED (6a), a sliding button of fog intensity graduation control (6b) produced by the ultrasonic system and a ventilation graduation control slider (6c); between the chassis (3) and the base (2) are positioned the electronic control circuit (CP), powered by mains (R), plus a fan (V); base (2) provides a closed water reservoir (7) within which the piezoelectric crystal protected by a bimetallic thermostat (CP), a leveling float (8) and a filter (8a) are installed to retain impurities associated with the appliance on / off system; In the above portion of the fan, still inside the base, a carenagern (9) with upper opening (10) is provided, through which the air produced by the fan will circulate, which air will be conducted, together with the mist produced by the crystal (CP ) to an opening (11) in the lower plane (12) of the lid (4), opening (11) aligned with a vertical duct (13), provided superiorly with a mist guiding nozzle (14).
