Abstract

"ARTIGOS PLáSTICOS MOLDADOS COM áREAS SUPERFICIAIS DE TECIDO E PROCESSOS PARA SUA PRODUçãO". A presente invenção portanto provê uma peça de plástico laminado-tecido (1) e um novo processo onde as bordas de tecido são cobertas com um segundo componente plástico (30A, 30B) que adere tanto ao tecido quanto ao primeiro material plástico. Um primeiro componente de substrato plástico (20) é preparado com uma área de superfície de tecido aderido (10) e então as bordas do tecido são sobrepostas por um segundo componente de cobertura de borda plástico moldado no lugar (30A, 30B). O segundo material cobre a borda de tecido para prover uma superfície esteticamente agradável. Esta construção provê uma cobertura de borda de tecido mais durável e elimina a tendência do tecido em descascar para fora da peça moldada durante uso.
