"PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DE DISSULFATO DE áCIDO URSODESOXICóLICO E SEUS SAIS FARMACêUTICAMENTE ACEITáVEIS". Processo de preparação de dissulfato de ácido ursodesoxicólico e seus sais farmacêuticamente aceitáveis compreende a operação de reação do ácido ursodesoxicólico dissolvido em um solvente selecionado a partir do grupo que consiste de dimetilformamida, piridina, acetonitrila, sulfóxido de dimetila, ácido octanóico, anidrido acético e suas misturas, com um agente de sulfatação selecionado a partir do grupo que consiste de anidrido sulfúrico, ácido sulfúrico e complexos que contêm anidrido sulfúrico em razão molar entre grupos sulfónicos e ácido ursodesoxicólico de 2,5:1 a 4:1."Process for Preparing URSODESOXICOLIC ACID DISULPHATE AND ITS PHARMACEUTICALLY ACCEPTABLE SALTS". A process for preparing ursodeoxycholic acid disulfate and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts comprises reacting ursodeoxycholic acid dissolved in a solvent selected from the group consisting of dimethylformamide, pyridine, acetonitrile, dimethyl sulfoxide, octanoic acid, acetic anhydride and its mixtures with a sulfating agent selected from the group consisting of sulfuric anhydride, sulfuric acid and sulfuric anhydride-containing complexes between sulfonic groups and ursodeoxycholic acid from 2.5: 1 to 4: 1.
