"MATERIAL PARA FERTILIZANTE DE SILICATO, E MéTODO PARA PRODUZI-LA". O objetivo é fornecer um material para fertilizante de silicato capaz de conceder fertilizante de sificato que possua um teor de silicato aumentado (silicato solúvel) e um conteúdo de álcali reduzido e preferivelmente um conteúdo de AI~2~O~ 3~ reduzido, com custos baixos e fornecer um método para a produção do material para fertilizante de silicato. Portanto, o material para fertilizante de silicato da invenção compreende escória que é recuperada em uma etapa de pré-tratamento de metal quente em alto-forno, em que a escória contém silicato formado através da oxidação do silício no metal quente e o teor de silicato solúvel da escória é de pelo menos 10% em massa. The production method of the invention is for the production of silicate fertilizer material and comprises feeding a source of oxygen to a blast furnace hot metal in its pretreatment to thereby oxidize the silicon in the hot metal within the silicate, and recovering the silicate-containing slag and solidifying to thereby compose the slag to have a soluble silicate content of at least 10% by weight.
