"SELETIVOS PARA CICLOOXIGENASE II". Que constitui uma nova preparação farmacêutica límpida e estável de inibidores de ciclooxigenase II (COX 2) na forma parenteral para o tratamento da dor e condições inflamatórias resultantes da atividade da ciclooxigenase-2. Em particular, a preparação farmacêutica de inibidores de COX 2 compreende inibidores seletivos ativos para COX 2 selecionados de celecoxib, rofecoxib e seus análogos dissolvidos em um solvente tipo isosorbida seletivo de fórmula geral I onde R~ 1~ e R~ 2~ são hidrogênio ou cadeias alquila contendo 1 - 3 carbonos ou grupos acetato. Também e apresentado um processo simples e barato para a produção da nova preparação farmacêutica acima."CYCLOOXYGENASE II SELECTIVES". It is a new stable and clear pharmaceutical preparation of parenteral form cyclooxygenase II (COX 2) inhibitors for the treatment of pain and inflammatory conditions resulting from cyclooxygenase-2 activity. In particular, the pharmaceutical preparation of COX 2 inhibitors comprises selected selective COX 2-active inhibitors of celecoxib, rofecoxib and their analogues dissolved in a selective isosorbide-type solvent of formula I wherein R 1 ~ and R 2 ~ are hydrogen or alkyl chains containing 1-3 carbons or acetate groups. Also presented is a simple and inexpensive process for producing the above new pharmaceutical preparation.
