Abstract

"CABO DE DADO, DE PAR TORCIDO, BLINDADO, LATERAL, LIGADO, E CABO DE DADO, DE ALTA PERFORMANCE "PLENUM" DA UL 910, E, PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DE UM CABO DE DADO, DE PAR TORCIDO LATERAL, LIGADOS". A invenção se refere a cabos de dado ( 20, 25, 30 ), com par torcido lateral, ligados, de alta performance, tendo um cabo de dado ( 10A & B ), de alta performance, contendo ao menos quatro cabos de pares torcidos ( 20, 25, 30 ), blindados laterais, ligados, e um processo para a preparação dos mesmos. Os cabos de pares torcidos ( 20, 25, 30 ), blindados laterais, ligados, têm, de preferência, um desvio padrão de impedância, ajustado para 20<198>C, de 4,5 ou menor, e contêm ao menos quatro dos cabos de pares torcidos ( 10 ), blindados laterais, ligados. O par torcido é lateralmente enrolado com uma fita de blindagem de metal ( 16 ) e uma de uma trança de metal, tecido, ou fio ( 18 ), com uma tensão que provê o acima. A tensão é tal, que ela provê um espaço vazio de seção transversal menor do que 25 % e, de preferência, menor do que 18 % da área de seção transversal do cabo de par torcido blindado, lateral. A fita ( 16 ) é lateralmente enrolada com uma sobreposição de ao menos 10 %.
